I am European, I know the beneficial effects of leech! I visited Clara because of gingival atrophy and tooth root inflammation. The treatment was painless. In the beginning of January I went for the Colin hydrotherapy treatment. I wanted to feel cleansed, and that's exactly how I felt afterwards. The owner was gentle and kind. She made me feel comfortable, which was really important cause this was my first time. After, she gave me some amazing suggestions as to how i should continue my cleansing process. Now, in the middle of February, I still feel amazing. I noticed so many benefits from this that I'm sold on future Colin hydrotherapy treatments. Definitely give it a go! read more

Why-O-Why did I not do this years ago?!? Ok, ok.... because I was embarrassed, because I was afraid, because being a working mom left me zero time to care for myself.... Well, I finally did it... made the appointment with Clara, and purchased a three-visit package for colonic hydrotherapy. Best thing I think I've ever done for myself, and I realized there was no reason for me to have been embarrassed or scared at all... (making time to care for myself, well, that's another thing altogether...). Anyone feeling like they'd like a fresh start, just DO IT! read more

The stuff is extremely friendly and are very thorough with explaining the procedure and making sure you are comfortable. I have always had one of their full body wraps which was a good experience as well. I would definitely recommend this location to others looking to have a colonic. read more

I visited today for the ionic foot treatment. The facility is very clean, comfortable and well kept, the owner is friendly and knowledgeable, and she gave good followup info based on my results. I look forward to coming back for a colonic along with my husband. And I might try a leech treatment.. The online booking and paypal payment are very convenient. (When I booked online, my confirmation went to spam, so check there if you don't get yours.). Recommended! read more

First I would like to say, if you are considering getting a colonic for the first time or whether you are a pro at it... I would highly recommend this place. Clara who is the owner is absolutely wonderful... She is pleasant, friendly, knowledgeable and makes you feel so comfortable and right at home that you can be at ease while getting this treatment. I am currently detoxing and Clara has been an integral part of this process for me. It is clean, quiet and personal. I would recommend this place a million times! Very organized ! I came here five years ago with a friend and returned on Sunday, and the owner still had my paperwork from year ago. I was very impressed. She makes you feel comfortable and the ambiance of the place is also very comforting! I highly recommend this place for cleansing, detoxing, ear candles, slimming wraps, sauna, and colon hydrotherapy. They probably offer much more but that's all I know of :) It's best to call up and make an appointment. I was very pleased after my second visit and will be returning very soon. This is my go to place read more

I've been going to this facility for almost 10 years. The courtesy, professionalism, and high level of expertise has never diminished. Clara is highly informative with a warm and gentle personality. You are never rushed or neglected. You walk out feeling refreshed and renewed. I have been to other facilities before, but I always return to this place. Clara has set the standard so high, that most other places can't compare. I recommend going if you are interested in getting a proper colonic experience. read more

I was skeptical at first, when I first went in I was nervous without knowing what to expect. The internet shows you so many horrific videos and it's nothing compared to any of it. She made me feel at ease, fully explained the process and what to expect. She provided cleansing ideas and so far I've lost 11lbs in 14 days. I've done 2 sessions so far and expect to not only do my third; but also purchase another package. Since I first started I feel; more energized, less bloated, I am sleeping much better and just overall GREAT!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!! read more

I found Clara and C&A Wellness initially three years ago, and had a wonderful experience then, as well as just this past week in July. It had been quite some time between my colon hydrotherapy treatments because I temporarily moved away from the area (I work as a travel RN). I came back this past Wednesday, July 29th to begin my treatments again, and can't tell you how much more energy I had after one treatment. I literally felt stress and toxins leave my body; Clara suggested coming back within a day or. 2 for the next treatment to have even more of an impact on my cleansing treatment. Today is Friday, July 31, and I had a 2nd one. Felt even more of a release; the bloating was significantly less than the first time. I was grateful for the education she provided during my first session in order to get an even greater benefit from the second treatment. Her facility is extremely clean, discreet, and relaxing. I highly recommend her services; she is quite experienced in her field, and takes the time to know her clients. read more
