Awful experience. I employed firma Karow for my easiest non resident tax declaration (just 2 flats…read morerented out) to fill and submit. It ended up i did by myself almost everything because specialist who worked with me was very young and unprofessional. When declaration was sent to tax office, i lost the contact with the specialist. She stopped to answer to my emails. When i catch someone by phone he told me that my specialist doesn't work for the firma anymore and that she's email address also doesn't work (no one let me know about it before!). When i received the letter from tax office i had one question and sent an email to Karow's office. Someone wrote me back that i schould pay else 140 EUR. I tried to reach Irina Karow by phone but her receptionist said me that SHE IS VERY BUSY AND SHE CAN'T CALL ME BACK, NEVER !!! That was really first time in my life ( i'll be soon 50..) Extreamly annoing
