Easily a five-star candy store in Hamburg Germany. Baren-Treff is one of the two major gummy candies sold in German (the other one being Haribo). Our family friends took us to this store and we were mesmerized the moment we walked in! There are literally 50+ different types of unique gummy candies at this store (they do have the traditional ones). Flavors like Banana, Ice Cube, Pina Colada, Apertief, Strawberry-Rhubarb, spicy chili, etc are displayed in the store. Best thing is that the store employee comes around the store and gives you free samples. We must have had 7+ samples in 15 minutes. read more

When you pick up one of these goody bags, they are heavy, from all the delicious goodness waiting to be unwrapped! If you are diabetic, there is not need to frown, they have sugar free varieties to suit everyone's needs. Store associates are friendly and eager to give you a free sample of their latest flavors. Very fairly priced for what you buy. My favorite flavor is sour cherry coke and they are shaped like little coke bottles. All gummis are so soft and fresh it melts in your mouth. Perfect as a gift, souvenir, or personal sweet treat for yourself to enjoy!!! Gummy bears heaven if you like gummy bears or gummy drops or anything gummy then this is the place to go! they have jars of gummy sweets, placed on shelves! licorice, strawberry, lemon... all tastes all shapes i love their pizza shaped gummy assortment! its not cheap but its a great shop, at least to visit! read more

One of my very favorite stops in Hamburg and always a delightful experience. A whole store dedicated to all-gummy-everything, clad in bright red and yellow, with employees who walk around with a continuous supply of amazing free samples! My favorite gummies are the strawberry rhubarb, but I'm also a sucker for the classic bears, the coffee beans, the seasonal santas and reindeer, the cinnamon, and more. They even have some naughtier gummies for adult eyes only, ha! All in all, a fantastic little store nestled into a street filled with shopping and sights and well worth a stop on your walk through Hamburg! read more

Ok, there's two gummy candy stores in downtown hamburg. They both have similar names and logos. This is the one to go to. They have all kinds of unique gummies here. like Strawberry milkshake gummies which I miss. I filled half of my suitcase with their candies. read more
