What a great place this is!…read more I was visiting Munich, and happened to walk by and was intrigued by the transporter bikes on display so I walked in. Florian was very friendly and we began to discuss the various bikes on display. After I expressed an interest in the Butchers & Bicycles brand electric transporter he offered to let me ride it. What a cool and useful bike this is. The articulated frame allows you to get the feel of a two wheel bike but on a more stable three wheeled platform, and it is extremely maneuverable. The electric motor and the gearing and the disc brakes make it very responsive in traffic. Anyway, this is undoubtedly the go to spot for transporter bikes in Munich and I've rarely found a friendlier or more inviting place to buy a bike. Looks like they make a pretty good espresso too... Thanks Florian!

I would have saved a few bucks by going to another place but the quality and level of service makes up for it. It's a bike shop with some nice bikes and accessories. It's also a repair shop and they do something rarely seen in bike shops across Munich, they clean the bike thoroughly before handing it back to you after a service :-) They were very transparent with their pricing and talked me through all the options for tires and so on. They sent me an email to let me know the bike was ready for pickup and quick to get me out of the shop after explaining what they had done. Last but not least, the bike was sparkling clean :-) I would go here just for that alone ;) I am glad I went here finally and will be back again. It's a great shop in the neighbourhood.
