The amp quit after 5 hrs of play time over a coarse of 2 week span. He did replace the amp with new one. I went in Saturday to buy a firearm. I settled on one. I verified that it was new. The clerk…read moresaid it was. The clerk said that he'd give me 10% off for being a veteran. I decided to buy it. It was inexpensive, so, 10% off roughly became $250. I filled out the paperwork, and we completed the purchase. I asked about the 2nd magazine. The clerk said it only came with one, which seemed odd. I asked for the box, the clerk said it came with a bag, and put it in a black plastic bag. I checked online and the firearm should come with 2 magazines. The 10% "deal" he gave me is less than the replacement cost for the second magazine the firearm should come with, nor the warranty, nor the lock and other items. I will be contacting the manufacturer to let them know of this shops shady dealings in an attempt to have them blacklisted as a retailer. I called back, and a male answered; he allowed me to speak and said, "Ma'am, as WE told you, first, I'm not a child; we are adults (educated adults), and the first young lady never mentioned anything he is saying now, they seem to honor each other rather than keeping excellent customer service! But based on how those two employees responded, the owner seems to allow them to do and say whatever they want!
