I was assisted soon after arriving. I asked for some feedback on the 2 rings needing resizing and why, as well as the plating. The associate was quite helpful and let me know the pros and cons or plating one of the rings. She also explained the resizing process. She had someone evaluate the rings and I was given estimates within the day. My rings were more beat up than expected so I'm glad they were fixed. It was a few days before they were ready but when I picked them up, they looked beautiful. Great job and it was nice that the process about what took place wa thoroughly explained.

I found so many pieces that I liked, two of which I purchased: a sweet diamond necklace set in gold with 18c gold chain and a lovely pair of 14c gold double loop earrings to match. Both for around $1,000 which I thought reasonable. I am very pleased with both and would return in a flash if I lived nearby and may do so when I return to that area.
