They are really professional and honest garage. The problem is you have to pay a bit dear for every service they provide. They are not outrageously expensive. Had Computer Alignment Front and Rear, as soon as we left the Garage around 17.50 the car started to veer to the left, phoned them up but no answer. On Saturday Morning made an appointment for Monday, again they did an Alignment saying everything was okay now, as soon as we came out of the garage the car then started to veer to the Right, took it back, then I was told it was a Bush that was the problem, after an heated argument in front of other customers, great customer service there then, whereby I said it was.nt like that when it was brought in, they decided to try again, this time they managed to get it right, (hopefully) saying it was the bolt within the Bush that they could,nt move origanally. I asked was it not done right on the Friday and again on Monday, they admitted that was the case. How canTyre Spot let a vehicle come onto the road when it was not safe to do so? Never again. Will use VW instead, they may be more expensive but at least we can be safe.

In fact, the customer service was not quite as good at the Bath Lane branch but it was passable. The staff were fairly polite and friendly, and the bonus with this company is that you can book your service online. The downside was that although I booked a morning MOT, when I arrived I was told that they had too many cars booked in and I would have to wait until the afternoon. Despite this inconvenience, the work was carried out within expectations and we were able to collect the car later that day. For a fairly hassle free transaction, I would recommend them. It is quite tricky to get to their garage however, and if you do not know the area well, you would find it hard - their directions on their website are quite hard to follow.
