The haircut ended up looking nothing like what I requested there's a hard, obvious line where the color starts and ends, with no blending whatsoever. To make things worse, they ruined my shirt by getting dye all over the collar and back. (Photo attached.) When I texted the owner to let her know and said I would be leaving a review, her response was incredibly sarcastic and dismissive. She replied: "Can't wait to see it! Just a quick tip for next time try to avoid wearing a brand-new or expensive shirt to your color appointment..." No apology. No ownership. Just blame. I also showed her photos of the haircut I asked for next to what I received she insisted they were the same, despite the obvious difference. Even my husband, who usually doesn't notice things like this, pointed it out right away. Between the poor haircut, the ruined shirt, and the owner's snarky response, I'd never go back. I'd rather pay a little more for a premium salon where customers are treated with respect and professionalism.

I started graying at age 24. I like to stay in the blonde realm so that my gray roots are manageable. She let me know what option is the lowest maintenance option. She is very knowledgeable and knows what she is talking about. She uses high quality products and has attention to detail. Another hair stylist I went to in my quest to find a hair stylist after my long-term stylist left the profession did not remove hair dye out of my ears. Rachael did. I had my hair done by Alexis and she was great! There is nothing I love more than having someone who takes their time with my hair. I have a lot of hair and it is very thick, so kudos to her for doing such a great job. I got the deep conditioning treatment done first and then made my way over to her chair where she worked her magic. I will say if you have thick/longer hair plan to be there over a hour. I was there about 2 hours with the deep conditioning treatment and the blow dry and style! Overall, I had a great experience the staff was very nice and I highly recommend. The only thing I would have to say is, on their Instagram they said it was 50% off services for the opening weekend and they only took $10 off for me rather than 50%, so that was a little disappointing being on social media they advertised something different.
