Mike who is the "head cutter" told my husband AFTER my husband approached him today-- doing a neighbors lawn; "I'm so sorry I was told we are not cutting your lawn today, Bob will stop by. I'm sorry". Bob the owner, subsequently walked around our home, "faked" like he was walking to either door, and never knocked, rang a doorbell or left a note. Our lawn was left undone, with no explanation.This was done all without warning and left us with an overgrown lawn and no lawn service!! The job they do is pathetic. The price they charge is exorbitant. I'm promising you, find ANYONE else. It will save you so much time and effort.
