Kim is organized & on top of everything. Living only part time on Shelter Island Kim makes me feel as if I have my best friend watching out for me. Kim helps with organizing workers, picking up packaged, putting out our outdoor furniture in the spring and away in the fall. She even suggests things I may need done, gutter cleaning, shutting off the water in the winter, she sees everything and reports back. Very important to me is communication and she is there anytime I need to discuss something that needs her attention. We also rent our home a few times over the summer, Kim checks them in and out and is there if they have any questions. Its almost hard for me to write this as I want her all to myself and my review will help your decision easier to make as its a no brainier! Kim is the best on the Island, hands down!
