I checked in, filled out my paperwork, and was seen within about 10 minutes. I was feeling very dehydrated and weak, so they took my blood sugar, checked my vitals, examined my throat and ears, and ran tests to rule out flu, COVID, and strep. It was very reassuring to see them taking the time to rule out all the major concerns. They determined I was fighting an infection, so I received a steroid shot and my first dose of antibiotics right there in the clinic. They even had me wait a while afterward to make sure I didn't have any adverse reactions, which I appreciated. They sent my prescriptions promptly to the H-E-B next door, and I didn't have to wait long before I was headed home. I truly cannot recommend this urgent care enough. It's the best I've ever been to.

Dr. Coutinho used to be great but if you go here now odds are you will just see one of his PAs rather than the Dr. himself. I have nothing against PAs but the care here is simply not up to standard.
