He began at 9 am on Sunday morning and thoroughly inspected the outside of the house in pouring rain. He even got up on the roof and checked the tiles and the chimney despite the treacherous conditions. Then, he moved inside and spent hours meticulously inspecting every inch of the house including entering narrow and low crawl spaces and attic entrances. He documented everything he found in detail and explained significant findings along the way. As a result of this inspection, I feel I now have a good understanding of what needs to be done to renovate the house.
