The price was more than reasonable at only $20. But the greatest thing about going here is Sam himself. I noticed a plaque on the wall about Sam barbering for over 70 years. Huh? Meeting Sam was an experience I'll never forget. The haircut was secondary. If you want to meet somebody who loves life and exudes happiness and contentment you must meet Sam. However, the primary reason my experience is always excellent at Union is Tee -- he consistently provides an awesome haircut, great conversation, and makes the process seamless. I've been getting my hair cut by Tee for about 5 years now, and I can confidently say that I'll always trust Tee to give me an excellent cut. I've since moved further away, and my drive to the shop is an hour, but it's worth it to know I'm always going to get the same consistent experience, professionalism, and be able to catch up with Tee. After all this time, Tee knows my preferred style without asking any questions, and also knows how to adapt to however my hair decides to behave on the day of (even when I end up missing a couple weeks and going longer between cuts. I can confidently say that I recommend Tee to anyone looking for an awesome haircut in Ferndale!
