Cody is very professional. Purchase an SUV and had it delivered to my home. Very reasonable prices on used vehicles.

We liked working with Cody, who was a salesman at Buy-Rite. He made sure we were happy with our experience there.

Have not even had the car for two weeks and after talking with my mechanic, it seems that the pulley is bad. Will not be buying from Buy-Rite auto in Shakopee again. read more

I wish I would have found these reviews before buying from Buy Rite Auto, they are thefts. They sold me a 2014 vehicle with a bad motor, 6 months down the road it blew up and I'm left with a vehicle and a $13k debt with no solution in place other than I have cover all expenses moving forward and Buy Rite says they have no obligation to help. Be forewarned, this place sells junk, junk, junk, do not buy from them. They are used car sales sharks who will take your money and tell you to $(*&*@(#&$@ off when things go bad. read more

Never ever spend your money with these people!!!! The guy Ron is very very rude. I brought a Chevy Tahoe from him and a week later the wheel baring went out, not a problem I understand that those can go out at any time. And the next week after that the 4x4 gets stuck in 4lo and Mr. Ron tells me I'm a f%#^ing idiot that doesn't know how to work it. I'm not sure how smart you have to be to put your car in neutral and hit a button. I wouldn't send my worst enemy here to buy a car. read more

I had the nerve to send just an inquiry to these folks via their website with a request for a car report and got the most customer-UNfriendly response from a person named Ron. I would avoid these folks as perspective customers are not treated well even via email. read more

I recently called asking about a car they had posted on their website and was greeted by a raspy sounding man. I then asked about the car and he proceeded to say that their site was hacked and the hacker added a bunch of random cars. Hmmm sounds like a load of bs to me. He then picked up another phone with me on the line and started to talk to someone as i was sitting there asking "you still there" and then he hung up on me. Horrible customer service for the brief 30 seconds i was on the phone. read more

What a wonderful place to buy a car! Salesmen were extremely helpful and I love my sonata! They clean their cars well before you buy them and it's a really nice place. Thanks for the great car . read more

These people are crooks and liars. They feed customers full of B.S. and tell them to have a nice day. Honesty isn't something they try to accomplish, they are out to screw anyone over. They stole $4,000 from my family on a "even trade", it was NOWHERE near equal. Plus the vehicle has major issues. read more

I just wanted to share my 'Fantastic' experience in buying a 2002 Dodge Ram Quad Cab 4x4 from Buy-Rite Auto Sales in Shakopee, MN. At 56 yrs of age I have bought many of vehicles that were both new and used. Generally we as consumers spend up to three hours in the buying process at most dealers. This is not the case with Buy-Rite. My salesman was Bob, who is very knowledgable in the business and a fantastic guy to work with in making a vehicle purchase. Ron the owner of Buy-Rite also has the same great personality and wants his customers to leave happy and truly treated fairly in all purchases from his company. These guys are the true 'White Hat Guys' in the used car business. I recommend them 'highly' and look forward to some day dealing with them again, when the need arises. Patrick P. Just had the worst experience with this dealer. Went in to look at a vehicle for my daughter, found a suitable car, gave them a down payment. This morning they faxed the purchase agreement to my daughter's bank, then they called and wanted the deal closed by 3pm this afternoon, they claim to have another buyer so they needed the financing done by 3pm or cash by 3pm. They were extremely rude on the phone, all we were trying to do was build my daughters credit by having her finance her own car, but the salesman Ron and Emmet wanted cash now. They even claimed they would hold the cash until the bank was done with the paperwork and give me my cash back, they don't understand if I wanted to buy this car cash I would have brought cash. They also called her personal banker to expedite the paper work. Outrageous. Worst car buying experience of my live, stay away from this dealer. H Nouwen Prior Lake read more

Thought we found a decent vehicle but after we drove it off the lot, about two hours later, the check engine light came on. We figured they reset it and didn't want to disclose any issues. Than a week later we get pulled over and cops wanted to take it to impound. The dealer failed to mention the truck was suppose to have whiskey plates and the plates were revoked. Going down tomorrow to speak to them about this issue. They didn't say anything about plates or give us temporary plates but the cop did. read more

I bought a 2014 Ford Taurus from Buy Rite motors this would be the second car I bought fro them I had problems with the first one but thought well it was an older car so did not think much of it. Now with the Taurus I have only had if for a few weeks I took it out of town two hours away. And noticed that it had a small noise but did not seem to worried but I took it to my mechanic to be looked over. Well first of all I'm very lucky that I was not in a major accident my tire could have fallen off at any time it was being held on by the boot!!! Now we get to the major part the water pump was shots LOTS of leak stop added so it would not leak. I had my mechanic talk to Ron but he did not really see to care. Ron asked me if I bought the extended warranty? I said yes because you told me it would be a good idea to buy it..... Well no wonder you told me to purchase the warranty!!!!!!! I will never do business with buy rite again. All they are looking for is a sale and will make the care look good until you have if for awhile then you start have problems. So I'd reconsider if your thinking of buying a P.O.S. and costing you lots of money. I thought going back to purchase another car from them I'd be treated honestly but I guess not! Whatever it takes to make a dollar. read more
