He brushes concerns off like it's nothing, refuses to give referrals unless you are literally begging him and he'd rather prescribe pills rather than get to the root of the problem. I had to go to the emergency room to get the referral I was desperately wanting. The ER doctor asked me how I was surviving my day to day life in this condition for so long. Dr. Lotz needs to retire ASAP.

I've gone to this medical clinic for about a week and every time I am pulling my hair out. The main…read moresource of the problem is the receptionist. The first time I walked in she was watching TV away from her desk I didn't even know she worked there till after about 30 seconds standing at the front she asks if I need anything. If I had to guess she must hate her job because that's the way she acts both in person and on the phone. After I got my check up on Friday 10th I was told by the doctor I'd be contacted on Monday for my results. I had to call in everyday and on Thursday I got my results. Right now I'm in the waiting room unsure if I can even see the doctor because the receptionist is unclear with everything she says. After I've got my results I will never come back to this Clinic ever again.
