I am shocked that this place is still in business. Over paid by WCB & SGI clients and therapists…read morewho eat donuts & drink coffee all day. My experience is they don't listen to any concerns a client may have and any one on one they report on is nonexistent. Lies are reported to the agencies they bill regularly. Equipment is sub par with exercise bands worn out and tied together. I've seen people working out with sock or bare feet on equipment as a donut faced so called physiotherapist plays games on their phones. I would be surprised if any of the staff is under 200 pounds. Be prepared for the Heath talk every Friday ...a joke

TLDR: DO NOT attend Queen City Physiotherapy, while they all might not be like the older blonde…read morelady I dealt with (Patricia), the fact that they lied about seeing me for 2 appointments to SGI and tried billing them for 2 instead of just the one appointment I actually had means that they are more than likely going to lie about other things. My experience at Queen City Physiotherapy Professional Corp. was the worst experience I have ever had when it comes to physio. Someone rear-ended my vehicle, so SGI had me choose where I would do my physio. I chose this establishment because it was fairly close to home but that ended up being a big mistake. The lady who was supposed to be my physiotherapist, her name is Patricia, asked me questions relating to the injury, and when I tried to answer her, she would cut me off. Every question without fail, would have an interruption. Then, when I began answering in shorter sentences she would tell me I'm not giving her enough information. (Which makes no sense because everytime I tried to give her the information she would stop me). While interrupting me is one thing, I found that these interruptions stemmed from the fact that it seemed like she didn't believe any of what I was describing to her. It was like she thought I was faking an injury, which is impossible because literal x-rays were done to show where the trauma occurred. The entire appointment was filled with her implying that I was lying and she continued to gaslight me. In an environment where you are supposed to be going for help in your healing journey, there is no reason a professional should make a client feel so uncomfortable and stressed. Towards the end of the appointment she got me to lie down on the table to examine the area, and only THEN did she realize that something was in fact wrong with my spine. She then tried to play nice as if she hadn't already spent the entire appointment being passive aggressive and rude. I didn't book any further appointments, what I did do is call SGI immediately after the appointment and asked to switch facilities. They were kind enough to allow that BUT I later got a call back from SGI saying that Queen City Physiotherapy billed SGI for 2 APPOINTMENTS instead of 1. This to me is EXTREMELY DISHONEST behavior, as I only had one appointment and it wasn't a full appointment, just paperwork and verbal assessment (with 5 mins of her feeling my neck). The fact that they were dishonest and tried to get paid by SGI twice says everything about this establishment. The manager Preston called me to apologize for Patricia's behavior, but this was before SGI told me they got billed twice. This means that their apology was DISINGENUOUS. Do not waste your time or money at this establishment.
