The nursery is split into three groups depending on age and is situated on three levels. Tidiness and hygiene are very important here as well as ratios and welfare. Working with children is a very enjoyable thing and also having the comfort that your children are being looked after and are enjoying their time whilst learning is important to parents. Teddies will cater to both, whether you're looking to work with children or want to find your children a place to have fun and learn at a young age.

It was set up by just two people last year and has flourished since. You can find Crafty Wizards in Eltham off of the main road which makes it a safe little location for children. This pre-school is like no other as it offers education through creativity and art. It's an amazing place that welcomes children from all walks of life to join in with creative, colourful play. The people who work here are friendly and so very caring it is the perfect pre-school for any child between the ages of 2 and 5. They will also continue caring for her as they have this fantastic Wrap Around service - where they will drop her off to school for us, and even collect her after she finishes half day, give her some lunch and afternoon tea, and we can collect her when we finish work. She can also attend there on school holidays and inset days - which s fantastic as we both work. The have just spent over £30,000 in an enormous up grade and the buliding looks stunning and more spacious. The staff are very caring and kind. You feel like you are part of a large family and your child feels at home. They really do care about the parents/carers as well as the children. All the children have parent's meeting at least once a year where you meet with your child's keyworker and get an actual 'school report' on the progress of your child- even the babies which is really cute. You can meet with the Directors who are very hands on, down to earth people when you need to and there is an Area Manager who covers both of the nurseries and she manages the day to day running of the nurseries. There is an email address where you can make contact with the Managers or Directors if you are not able to get to the nursery meetings or make any suggestions. I would highly recommend this nursery as the place for your child - it gives you completly at ease and when you leave your child - you are comfortable in the knowledge that your child will be well looked after with lots of hugs and cuddles.

Further they had failed to notice for 8 hours that my daughter had suffered serious injuries, in which two of her front teeth where pushed up into her gums. By daughter was seen at a&e and that night referred to dental hospital. I had a 30 min meeting with the manager that same evening airing concern's, then saw my daughter looking worst for wear. In last 6 months another toddler fractured arm. I would not recommend this Nursery.

There are two classes, the first Sunshine from 2 1/2 to about 3 1/2. The children then progress to Rainbow where the time is a little more structured. There is a craft area shared bewteen the two classes for messy play. This area also doubles as a cafe area for snack time. Children are encouraged to be as self-sufficient as possible although staff are always alert to their needs. Outdoor play in encouraged and children will spend 30 mins outside in all weathers save for the extreme when there is danger. The environment is warm and welcoming and the OFSTED reports speak highly of the setting. Sessions run in either the morning or afternoon. There is no lunch provision. Special needs are catered for. Before this I was at a state school in Chipstead, then I moved here. I then understood how brilliant Cumnor was, in terms of its education, teacher support, activities, facilities and possibilities. It really set me on the straight and narrow towards getting into my chosen secondary school. I found that Cumnor perfectly sets you up for later life and has a really wonderful vibe about it. Recently they have also opened up a nursery for younger children in their privately owned school fields and grounds.
