It is normally heaving with children with nothing better to do than be irritating I have had kebab's and found them mediocre at best; but tonight was a fantastically bad take away. I ordered the Charcoal Grill for 3, basically a mixture of kebab meat (Donna, Shish etc) and again bland bland bland and the Donna meat I found dry and stale. Unfortunatly I tend to stop here after a rubbish day for something to take home as it's the easiest to park at but to be honest I wont be bothering again.

Delivery charges are reasonable even for a small order, delivery times are fast and the food is always delivered nice and hot. I can recommend the Chicken Passanda, Butter Chicken, Chicken Korma (are we noticing a pattern to the meat I like?) as well as Chicken Karahi (I think that's right) like a Massala but a bit more spicy very nice. When we did so we were very pleased to see that the menu had been extended and was rather more vegetarian friendly(husband was VERY pleased!) The appetisers are still 99.9% non veggie though. However as we don't often have starters it is not too much of an issue! The food is tasty and always hot. The portions are a good size as well. I also really like the fact that the prices are inclusive of boiled rice or chips which I think is a better way of displaying a menu. Fried rice is 60p extra. There is a good choice of dishes including a large fried duck selection. Chef specials include Fried beef(or chicken)with seasonal vegetables and the excellent Roast pork with onions(yummy!) Husband recommends the Vegetables with Cashew nuts. He also says that the mushroom foo yung is one of the best foo yungs he has had. There are set meals but no veggie set meals which is a shame. Delivery is free on orders over £18 within a 2 mile radius, under that costs £1.10 but I think that is pretty reasonable. The staff are really friendly and very helpful. We don't live particularly close(but are often in Irlam) however they are happy to double wrap your food and if we are taking our food home(rather than eating at our friends house) it is always piping hot. Being sober, I was in a good place to judge the quality of the food, despite the relative lateness of the hour. I actually opted for the basic donner with salad, chilli sauce, garlic mayo & the standard whole green pickled Peperoncini chilies (a condiment combination recommended by my cousin - who's been here before - but with the peperoncini added myself - gotta have those). I'd say it was a decent kebab for an after party binge, but not necessarily one I would choose for during the day. This place gets extra marks, however, for their use of lavash bread. It's advertised as Naan on the menu, but it isn't, it's much thinner and quite tasty, making a change from the norm. Perhaps, for this reason, I'll return to try their chicken or mixed kebab.
