There are a variety of classes for beginners, advanced and mixed levels. Classes are almost every day. You can book private classes/party classes. There are memberships and also pay as you go (drop in) classes. I am in the drop in classes for now. I prefer the ground work classes due to my right shoulder. It's less actual time on the pole while still getting all that core and full body exercise. I am always sweating from start to finish in the classes! No complaints! It's a fun and no judgement atmosphere which is important to me for attending continued classes. The chosen dance songs and routines are current. The rooms are clean and it's a sanitary environment. A bathroom is available. They do sell a limited supply of heels and booty shorts. All my instructors have skills!!! They're very sociable, patient and passionate about dance. I love going!

I visited Arthur Murray yesterday as an assignment for Patch and was really impressed with this…read moredance studio. You can really tell the owner has a passion for dance and loves helping people become confident with themselves and teaching them how to move. They were learning a "So You Think You Can Dance" routine when I visited and everybody looked like they were having a blast. If I wasn't taking down quotes and snapping photos, I definitely would have wanted to get up and learn some dance routines as well. The owner is really involved in the community and regularly works with the blind and visually impaired to offer them dance lessons, in addition to teaching children through the Palm Harbor Public Library. One of the kids was there and showed off her dance moves in front of everyone, it was really cool. One family drove down all the way from the east coast for the week just to have their daughter learn some ballroom dancing. Last year this studio was featured on "So You Think You Can Dance" so I think that is a pretty awesome thing to happen for Tampa Bay and for the owner. If I lived in Palm Harbor, I would definitely check out some classes when I have some down time.
