Dr Kreig has, in two months, given me a reason to enjoy life fully again because my pain level is…read moreso low now that I can relax. My neck pain had turned me into a person who was in consistently in fight or flight mode, tightening around the affected areas, not able to take a full breath, using substances to enjoy a couple hours a day where I was not in pain. Being in that constricted state had a ripple effect, causing anxiety and social isolation because I could not hold my attention long enough to enjoy conversation as I had to keep my body moving to distract from pain. I could no longer sit down long enough to enjoy watching tv because I only felt some relief when I was laying flat on my back on a hard surface or when standing. It was a terrible way to live. My depression is easing, and I feel hope for a future where I can resume being me again. I have been to several other chiropractors in the past and none brought lasting relief. Dr Kreig has an approach that uses science to measure and show you exactly what is causing your pain, where your spine is impeded, and validates your pain because you can see the troubled spots in the scans he does your initial exam. I just had my re-exam and the reason for my pain relief shows clearly in my new scans. I am so thankful. I highly recommend his care.
