I have never used them and was only using them because there was a POA that had been done at that office for the Seller. When I tried to correct the misinformation, the legal assistant "told me how it was" as if she had authority over me and told me the attorney couldn't help. Ok, you can assert control over MY information but you still have it down incorrectly. Then they made a dismissive comment about me on my google review saying they don't practice criminal defense. Well, maybe you should update your website then. Update: Oh wow! As if on cue, they have been kind enough to demonstrate their (pattern of) behavior for a third time in their response. They also divulged my name to the public in their response to my Google review, which thankfully Google took down. So. Ms. Magruder (I am trying my best not to use pronouns as I was told by her) does not work for you she works for herself. She will refile for more money and correct what was done. WOW, how nice of you. I guess another $2500 in your pocket for your staff's work is good for you. I cannot recommend this firm at all.
