It's hard enough to miss lots of holidays together, but I was excited to make my mother-in-law's day by sending her some birthday flowers. Plus, we're big fans of supporting small and local businesses! Being international, differing currency and timezones can complicate things but Ello Flower was so accommodating. A big thank you to Janine for being so friendly, baring with me on payment, and even being in touch on a Monday - the day their shop is closed - to ensure that the bouquet was delivered on time! The floral arrangement was so lovely. Large and colorful, giving off all the wonderful spring vibes. My mom-in-law (who is quite the flower connoisseur herself) absolutely loved them. I found Ello Flower on google as I was searching for a florist near my girlfriends school. As difficult as long distance is, Janine helped melt the heart of best friend with the amazing arrangement of succulents surrounding a heart of roses. On top of that, Janine made the process so easy! I inquired on facebook and we exchanged a billion emails. I gave her a single reference photo of what I was looking for from pinterest and BOOM, she came up with something even more amazing. Despite the 8 hour time difference and the trouble we had when actually paying for the transaction, Ello Flower showed nothing short of professionalism, flexibility, and quality. Their website was bright, colourful and easy to navigate with a great selection to choose that included flowers, flowering bulbs and chocolates. The ordering process was super easy and the option of payment via PayPal avoided all of my concerns around the potential hassles in using a non-UK credit card. Flowers were delivered later that same day to a very excited friend, who's photos of the flowering bulbs looked exactly as the website described/pictured. Thank you Wards, for your easy to use ordering process and prompt service. I have bookmarked your webpage for future use and would recommend to anyone looking for a florist in the York area.

For this amount My mother received 3 Chrysanthemum's 1 Stem Lilly 2 Carnations 1 Thistle plant 2 Foliage Do not order flowers to be delivered as it is a very very poor excuse of a bouquet, when I complained I was advised the wrong value of £25 was put through with an apology. Even at £25 this is very poor value and gives me very little confidence in the future that my full payment will go to the flowers. The £5 was offered back to me, but to be honest too little too late. All that I required was a simple task of £30 worth of flowers to be delivered.
