If you didn't purchase a certain amount, you could not buy the avocados at the sale price. But it's not written in every language and even the English was not understandable. This week is 3 for $2.00 oranges. But your only allowed 3. Doesn't mention it anywhere so if you even had an extra bag of oranges, they will take it back. I work in a school, and have done bulk orders for festive events. They gave us less than the amount ordered but were able to fix it. That situation was stressful only because it involved kids. And since it was a mistake of the store, they needed to cater to our timing for the event which they almost weren't able to. They did fix the problem but with much hassle. Overall, the store is decent. Workers are alright. Certain things could be better.

I'm not sure what the reason is, but interactions like this are a big reason I've chosen to return to Forum, another Asian supermarket in the area. Jmart truly excels in product selection but falls short in the customer service department.
