The mirror leading into the bridal area is my favorite. Meeting the owners you will know right away that your wedding will be perfect. They ensured everything went so smoothly, and were so responsive to every question. The venue was beautiful. So much attention to detail on every aspect of the bridal suite, which was such a spacious and beautiful place to prepare for the ceremony. No worries about it feeling too cramped, plus my hairdresser and makeup gal loved the massive mirrors and lighting. The backdrop for the ceremony is stunning with the open fields and trees in the background. I love that it is close to town, but there is no road noise or fear of annoying the neighbors with the music! If you are looking to get married, I would 100000% recommend this venue!

I messed up the timeline however she rolled with the punches and didn't rush us at all. We had a large LOUD group and I was worried that her sweet soft tone and demeanor wouldn't mesh well with us however she fit right in, offering her own jabs of humor and let the boys know that she knows how to have fun but she means business! I really liked that! I don't have my wedding photos yet however she has sent a few previews. I LOVE what I see so far. In the months leading up to the wedding, Alexis and I communicated by text and email having a phone conversation is difficult. She understood and was wonderful in communicating. The tone that was set by her attitude was really something that I appreciated because I never felt stressed or rushed or annoyed by her AT ALL. Our day couldn't have been more perfect and much of that is attributed to Alexis and her professionalism and down to earth, relaxed and easy going characteristics. I cannot wait to see the rest of our photos!

It's a barn so naturally they do not have AC and just imagine having to be in wedding attire sweating everywhere. It was an unusually hot day around 110 so that did not help. I don't know if the venue or the wedding party paid to bring in giant water cooler fans (2 of them) which helped a little. As a guest I thought I was going to pass out. For this particular wedding they opted to have a food truck which was outside and partially under a shaded area. I did not see if they would be able to have food catered. If so I'd go casual and BBQ route. The restrooms were very nice and super clean thank goodness. The property itself is extremely secluded and off the beaten path. If that's what you want then go for it. The staff of the property seemed very slim to none and they did not seem to offer the usual wedding type assistance that I'm familiar with. Maybe this was based upon the type of package our wedding party purchased I don't know. Most of the traditional aspects of what you'd see for a schedule of events at a wedding did not occur. Beautiful couple , sweet ceremony and good to see family. Beautiful piece of property but limited for sure. Hope this helps.
