It is a fun way for guests to get a keepsake of your wedding, but it's also a great way to get fun pictures with your guests. The kids loved it, the adults loved, and we loved it! You often have to wait awhile to get professional pictures edited and back, but with a photobooth you can get a picture back the same night and they will be memories we look at forever. It's such a fun way to take pictures without the formality of boquets and posing. If you're thinking about hiring Shutter Gold, DO IT! They were so easy to work with, were so patient as we reviewed templates and were so nice about working hard to make sure we got the template that matched our vision. On the day, Quentin was so much fun and made everyone feel comfortable behind the lens. This was definitely one of the things I know we and our guests will remember the most about our special day.

I heard guests begging for the attendant to keep it open for just one more picture and he was very obliging. There were several props to choose from. The guests received a copy of their photos and the booth attendant kept a copy to make us a scrapbook that guests could sign, we also received a CD of all the photos. The book was ready by the end of the night. My new husband and I had so much fun looking back at all of the photos people took. First thing is we paid "extra" for the guest book which was a $100 add on. It was absolutely disappointing and frustrating and a complete waste of money. It was something my 4 year old could have put together and it didn't even include all of the photos that were taken. It was random photos and so unorganized and scribbles. The owner ranted and raved over how amazing it was and it was beyond disappointing my husband literally threw it in the closet out of sight. Second we called after a week to see where our disc was for all of the images and she did not even have my contact number or address to send my stuff to me, which in my opinion is unprofessional. So she told me that she would mail it first thing in the morning. I waited a week and still nothing so I called her again. No answer so I left a message. Still didn't hear back from her so I called again. She was on a vacation and said that she would call me as soon as she got home to get the correct information. Still no word a week after that so I called her AGAIN. she claimed she mailed it the day before and its on its way. So I waited another week and still NOT A THING. So I called AGAIN and she sounded extremely frustrated with me and I told her I had been nothing but patient but in my opinion that was extremely unprofessional and that she needed to take care of her clients. She couldn't even find my contract and not one time did she ever call to check up to make sure I had received anything. Over a month of 3 "mailed" packages which none came to me finally after complaining and calling time and time again she mailed the disc for the "4th" time. I finally received it. I wish I could give this place zero stars. For the amount of money we paid for this setup I wish I would have paid my photographer to stay longer and take pictures. all the pictures were bad quality and honestly I just wish the owner would take responsibility. If she forgot to mail them no big deal just use communication. I had 4 people interested in her Photo Booth after my wedding and sadly they are taking their business else where because of this situation. None of them want to deal with the headache. Please whatever you do, do you research before hiring them and find another Photo Booth that can take care of you and communicates to you.
