To complicate things even further, my wife's office closes early on Friday so I needed my delivery to take place before noon. Well the florist was very upfront and told me that she couldn't guarantee a noon delivery due to the number of deliveries that were already scheduled but she would do her best to deliver by 2. I agreed and left hoping that it would make it there before the office closed. Well imagine my surprise when my wife text before 10 thanking me for her beautiful roses! I went to the website for this place to order some flowers for a family friend who passed. I…read moreselected something online but apparently, they did not have the flowers. I then received an email from Nelson telling me the flowers will not be delivered to the wake since the wake was being held at the time of his email, and they would send a substitute. I responded with email and a phone call stating I never asked the flowers to be sent to the funeral home I wanted them sent to the wake. I also stated I was only trying to order what they had on their website and Nelson cut me off mid sentence stating "Do I expect them to update their website every day and how he would not sell me flowers because I don't know anything about the busines". Well, I have been ordering flowers for years and have never has such unprofessionalism. Nelson also sent a threatening email to me in all CAPS and I really began to wonder how mentally stable this person was. I canceled the order and contacted Special Moments Flower Shop which is another florist in the area. Not only was she able to assist me that day with flowers to the family of the deceased, she was very respectful and understanding of the situation I was in. She also had a limited amount of flowers but instead of giving me an attitude like Nelson did, she gave me a solution that helped me and that I greatly appreciated. Avoid Flower Market like you would the plague and use Special Moments because they took care of all of my needs over the phone, via credit card and were very friendly and respectful to customers. I plan to let FTD know how Flower Market treats their customers but I heard FTD service is bad so perhaps they don't care.

My student was a die hard NY Mets fan like me. In 2015, a group of students and teachers collected money and bought me a ticket for the World Series with the Mets. I only just found out that my student, Raphael, was the one who started the collection. I told the story to Ariel and asked for a simple basket with the Mets logo and colors. Instead, the majority of the flowers were carnations and sea lavender, along with a substantial amount of greenery. My understanding is that any substitutions should be of comparable value and maintain the overall look and feel of the original arrangement, which was not the case here. Given these differences, I would appreciate clarification on how the pricing remains the same when the delivered arrangement does not align with what was advertised.

We got a phone call immediately and they said they don't have the exact flowers on the picture because it is such short notice but have similar ones with same colors and of course we totally understood the situation. I've had troubles in the past ordering flowers for funerals from other places. This will definitely be my place to go from now on in Robeson county. The last thing anyone needs to worry about is where to order flowers from, if they will look good, or if they will make it on time when a love one passes.
