I had horribly unethical service from Bust-A-Lock. When I inquired about the rate, I was told I would pay a $20 service fee, and then a $20 unlocking fee. I even restated this to them over the phone to be sure there were no hidden fees. However, after unlocking my car, they charged me $60! And then, they were completely unwilling to compensate me or admit that they were unethical about it. I would NEVER recommend any business as UNETHICAL as this one. :( read more

I simply needed a $30 deadbolt replaced. I was in a bind because I couldn't leave the house. I called "Bust-A-Lock" and was not quoted a price on the phone as their website proclaims. The website also claims the locksmith will arrive in 15 minutes or less...I waited over an hour. When Scott was finished...the 10 minute job cost me $160!!! Are you kidding me???
