By far the worst courier company I have ever come across. Regularly lose or destroy parcels. Staff couldn't care less, especially the boss of it. Bill you for something, and then send the product back, BROKEN a month later. Their drivers walk round with sullen faces, can't even be bothered to load into onto the truck. Appalling excuse for a"company". Everything they courier, they lose or break. Don't even offer you compensation Drivers pole up with rollups in their mouths ie stinking of weed. CEO refuses to speak to complainants and claims he's not involved in the company!. Tell customers its "not my problem" if its lost during the international leg.
