To say I was lost is an understatement. We walk around every day in this world just looking for somewhere to fit in. We laugh at work, and cry at home. Every day I spent wondering if this is all my life was going to be, if I would ever be worth more. It wasn't until I started my sessions with Ashley that I realized I wasn't made to fit in this life; I was made to stand out. Despite what everything around me was telling me, I was living a great life; I just needed a better understanding of that. Confidence was something that I didn't have, even if it appeared as though I did. I was my worst critic, and I finally realized that the world isn't going to pick me up; I have to do the lifting. Every week and every session I get a little stronger. I have been able to really see the toxic relationships I had with others and with myself.
