I came here to receive treatment for a workers' comp-related injury. The staff was always patient and attentive. They connected me with their specialists and supported me as I worked to get stronger through physical therapy. For pain management, I saw Dr. Johnston. He reviewed my charts (x-rays, MRIs, diagnostic testing), listened to my concerns, and made clear, actionable plans to alleviate my pain so that i could get the treatment needed. The staff was very experienced; they handled my paperwork quickly, scheduled me with the appropriate doctors, and worked with my insurance, so that I could get the care I needed. It can be crowded to see a doctor and they have two doctors assigned to this location. However, they move quickly so you're not sitting here all day. There have been times when I've greeted them and no one replied. I just sign in when I come now and don't speak which isn't like me but I don't like to be ignored. Nonetheless, I love this place and I'll continue to come here when I need physical therapy.
