I was there just for a quick pit-stop and get a soft-drink while driving through on a Saturday afternoon. I did not order any food (so I can't comment on that). The restaurant and the rest room (women's) were very clean and non-smelly. The counter service was good. read more

Wow. When we checked into our hotel they told us we needed to try Bush's Chicken. I'm so glad they did. Every single thing we had was amazing. Chicken thigh breading was soooo yummy. Crispy. Not too thick. And it was cooked perfectly. The cole slaw and the mashed potatoes and gravy were great and the roll was soft, warm and fluffy. I wish we had a Bush's in Albuquerque!! read more

Walk in today, July 31, 2023 took them 10 minutes to ask if they could help me, was told it would be just a few minutes. After waiting for 30 minutes, heard them say it would be another 15 minutes for the tenders to be ready. When asking why I was not informed it would be 45 minutes before I was served, the manager ignored me. So I walked out because they were they were to busy to issue me a refund, as I was informed! So... bushes chicken considered that a tip, I will never step foot into bushes again! There is a reason some of us stop by a fast food place, it is because we are busy also, they need to inform a person when the service is going to be long wait. read more

We stopped at Bush's Chicken in Seminole yesterday just a few minutes before noon. I should have known something was wrong when there were no cars in the parking lot. We went inside and both the Men's and Women's restrooms were out of order. There was a lot of road construction going on, so that might explain the restrooms. My grandson wanted tender rolls, and we wanted chicken and rolls. I couldn't believe it when the waitress said they were completely out of rolls. We decided to go to the Bush's in Lamesa since we were traveling that way. My grandchildren really like Bush's Chicken, but we won't be going back to the one in Seminole. read more

Waited over 15 minutes for poppers and thighs. Would have been fine if the cashier had warned me. The crew did apologize and gave me an extra piece. Before I left the manager refunded the cost of my meal and apologized again. I really like the food, so what more can one expect when things go wrong.? I am absolutely shocked. Left my car here while my family and I ran to Seagraves and back, probably for less than an hour tops. Needed a safe spot that was well lit as it was night time. The parking lot was emtpy except two other cars and it was 9:00pm. Came back to a tow truck with my truck hooked up and ready to take it. There are NO signs posted at ANY entrances about tow away zone. The towtruck driver said there is a sign apparently in the front window of the actual "restaurant". But legally there is supposed to be one at ever entrance and they need to be visible. We arent out to hurt anyone or break any rules we simply just were not provided info that we weren't allowed to park there. Some employee was standing there smoking a cigarette by his car just smirking about the whole thing.Hope that was worth it dude. Thankfully the tow company dropped my truck for a 20$. Very very angry and surprised by this, living in Seminole would never have thought this would happen. read more

Stopped there for lunch while traveling. The chicken was tough and had no flavor. Fries were limp and soggy and the mac and cheese was very watered down. Staff members were polite enough, but not terribly friendly. Wish there were other dipping options for the chicken tenders other than gravy. read more

Let me start by saying the service was awful. Very disorganized. 4 or 5 employees here on a Friday evening, it took 5 minutes for me to even be acknowledged, even after making direct eye contact with several employees, and another 7 minutes for someone to bother coming to the register to take our order. It was not crowded and there was nobody in front of me. I ordered a 2 pc tender meal and a 3 pc all WINGS, biscuit meal. I don't understand what took so long for any of the meals to be prepared. There were chicken tenders stacked high under one warmer and regular chicken pieces stacked under the other. I could see multiples of every cut, dark and light. Finally got the order (to go) and walked out to my car to eat in the parking lot. Opened up my box and to my surprise I did not get three wings, but three legs instead. As I was in a hurry I decided just to go ahead and eat them so I could get to the football game. I ate one leg without any problem but when I bit into the second one it literally popped open with such a foul taste and odor I gagged. I had to spit it out and rinse my mouth multiple times to keep from vomiting. The end of the chicken leg was black and brown and smelled disgusting. My daughter gagged and asked me if it had poop on it because it smelled so bad. I took it back inside and showed it to one of the ladies working there. The only good thing I can say about this place is that she gave me a refund of cash, on the spot, took my contact info and said she'd have someone call me. She also offered to give me some different food but I absolutely refuse to ever eat there again! If I could give zero stars I would. read more
