Had an amazing weekend at the Bush Creek Buddha yoga retreat. A beautifully positioned studio allows you to take in the views of the tranquil surroundings whilst practicing iyengar yoga in an intimate environment. The retreat is situated on a vast 40 acres of natural bush lands where there is plenty of bush walking around or quiet places to read a book or meditate. Suzy's insight into yoga technique and mindfulness were inspiring and her ability to cater for individual needs was certainly appreciated. The food was amazing, both wholesome and locally sourced. Loved the opportunity to meet new people who were like minded, loved yoga, good food and great company. Seriously could have spent the month there (if I could).
