There are 4 steps into the coach instead of 3 and the coach kneels closer to the ground to make it easier to hop on and off. Panoramic windows and comfortable seats make for a comfortable journey. In my dealings with the company I have the most respectful and quick response from them. The cost to hire the coach is most reasonable, and NO there is no loss of service or quality to get this reasonable price. We have travelled SE Qld and N NSW and never once could I fault the safety or courtesy shown to us. The assistance was ALWAYS there in helping us enjoy our trip. LEIGH will always be our driver whenever he is available as he just fits in with your group.

The owner (Sisil) lied and said he had transferred me back the money which I have still to receive. After I caught him out lying (by pretending that I wanted to book a new date and him saying he would just keep my bond instead that he had just said he already transferred back to me) he threatened to charge me a cancellation fee despite me having email confirmation that there was no cancellation fee.
