This accountant is awful. He was recommended to me so I thought I was going to someone reputable…read more He rents space in an office building and on our first appointment I had to wait for him to show up. He looked at my taxes for 5 minutes and said he would work on them later even though we scheduled time to complete them at that appointment. He said he would bring them home to look at as he threw them on this desk and walked out with me because he was in need of a cigarette. When I called him the following week when I was supposed to pick up my taxes he proceeded to tell me I "was in line" and they weren't done. Once I finally got them he suggested I set up a bank withdrawal for what I owed this year so I wouldn't have to send a check. I agreed only if it was designated on a specific date. He agreed. Then he proceeded to submit my taxes without a date. This caused a major problem with my bank account and he refused to try to rectify it. When I requested that he either rectify the situation or give me a refund his response was "nope". This man is beyond unprofessional. He does not seem to be able to focus on anything he does and that's not someone you want doing your taxes. His only concern is to get you out the door so he can have a cigarette break. DO NOT GO TO HIM!!
