Fertilizer, weed killer, aeration and over-seeding. I went from the worst yard to the best in two years. Keep in mind you don't fix a yard like this in one season! Just look at my glorious yard now. Upon receiving 3 emails from Steve, and after his tech admitting fault, I have been accused of killing my own grass by overwatering, cutting my grass to low and simply the draught. Some of our trees had metal in them where the tree had grown up around the metal that had been propped up against them as saplings. They couldn't grind those stumps.
