The financial aid department set me up to fail! I did the FASFA 1 month ahead of when class…read morestarted. Then had to do it a second time about a week before because after getting help from them the first time, they told me it didn't go through. So did it a second time with them and explained to them twice my husband is illiterate and doesn't have an email address and doesn't know how to operate a computer! So now the semester started and I can't get my class supplies for my paralegal class! I'm running behind thanks to them not addressing this when I first signed up for FASFA! Now I am told the multiple things I must do to get my FASFA! I feel extremely discriminated for who ever added husband's to the FASFA is a idiot! Now I understand why the suicide rates are up in college because of idiot things like this! The financial aide office can look up to see my income is a tax free income through the IRS online, and I didn't file for thar reason! Yet all the information they want will take me months to get and by that time the summer semester will be over! Thanks for screwing up my life more Cerro Coso college!
