Hi, had to yelp about this one. Had a Betty's Double and went all in and added an extra patty…read more Firstly it presented excellently... crispish fatty bacon protruding from under the top, soft, firm looking bun with layers of perfectly cooked patties and cheese and juices oozing down the side. I'm starting to salivate thinking about it. I dive straight in. And damn! It, was, good! It tasted just like a beef cheese burger should ... juicy and fragrant, just mouthfuls of joy. Best. Couldn't control myself and plowed on in hard, plucking bits of bacon off the other side as some kind of palette cleanser. I was frothing, kinda cross eyed, my ocd of wiping my mouth was going berserk. However I went in too hard and too fast and faltered around 3/4 of the way through. I could not finish! I chose to have death chomps at the burger edges remaining in an attempt to keep the joy alive but I was done. Dead and bloated. Fortunately the remains of this now mini slider were put in the fridge and I was able to reminisce and relive the moment the next day. 5/5 Betty's burgers! Best burger in Noosa Heads!

Between our group we ordered the sirloin, Moreten bay bugs, duck tom yum and the salmon. Around the table all the dishes had compliments from well cooked seafood, to excellent presentation. The sirloin was not as strong as the other dishes due to the fat not being rendered and the soggy hand cut chips. In contrast to the sirloin, the service was attentive and inviting. A server named Michael was particularly great with knowledge and friendliness being key. So to finish, we enjoyed some good meals and an average one, with superb service and surrounded by pleasing decor. Food 7/10 service 9/10 decor 7.5/10

The staff were wonderful, friendly and smiling, well spoken and knew how to help us in every way. This place is fine dining all the way, the aromas, the presentation of the food before us made our mouths water. Our palettes weren't disappointed at all. You could tell the Chefs enjoy their work, the food was amazing from the hand made bread rolls, amazing scallops and salads, variety of mains and the desserts!! Ohmygod the desserts!! Manifico! Afterwards we enjoyed a cocktail at the bar and they too were really smooth and delicious.

The tacos were hard (rather than soft, as I'd ordered), and rather messy and covered with garnishes. There was an appreciable amount of black beans in there, and it got me the protein I needed. The service was fast, but someone was behind the counter taking an extra look at every dish, a surprising amount of care given the nature of the place. Was it great? No, and heartburn predictably followed.
