The park was rather nice though, and it did have quite a nice range of play equipment as well. Yeah, it was pretty cool, and quite shady as well.

We had to pass some time waiting for the pubs to start serving food so we decided to take the…read morelittle one to a park. I don't know how my hubby knew this one was here but somehow we ended up here. It is alongside a busy main road in gawler where cars are driving quite fast. There is off-road parking just past the playground. I was a bit shocked to see the latch is broken so you can only keep the gate closed with a big yank. The playground equipment was in good order with nothing broken or needing maintenance. We used all of the equipment and the little one had a ball as did us big ones! I particularly liked the spinning stand and my husband liked the monkey bars! We will probably bring her back here next time we are in gawler. I only recommend making sure you check that gate is latched!!!!

Okay, I didn't go and spend some time wandering around, and maybe I should, but the reality was that I didn't really want to spend too much time in the sun. It looks interesting, but a winter visit is probably somewhat better.
