One of the main reasons we booked them was because they were the only catering company we could find that encorporated composting. This was a must need for our zero waste wedding but little did we know how great everything else would be. When planning, Kristin offered custom dishes which we immediately jumped on. It would take over a week to get a menu confirmation back and then with changes to the menu, another week etc. The same excuse every time, "too busy" or "running to an event". All my appetizers came beautifully plated with hand written tags on each cheese item. The tray covers were wrapped with coordinated ribbon to go with the color scheme of the wedding. Kevin made sure that we had plenty of food to feed our small Covid wedding of 60 people. No one left hungry that's for sure! And there were no left overs sorry to say but is a good thing.
