Visitor Center: If you have a Florida State Parks Passport, don't forget to bring it in and get your book stamped! They also have a pressed penny machine if you collect those. There are plenty of trails to explore and lots of parking, and you can really make your visit as short or as long as you'd like. You could easily spend 30 minutes here or make an entire afternoon of it. There were also staff members dressed in period clothing at the fort, which added a fun historical touch. Be sure to grab the informational brochure at the visitor center before heading out because it makes exploring the fort and learning about the area easier . It is way over priced $200 a month are you kidding me $15 for the hour you spend with your dog there per day. The humane society is supposed to represent the community and be supplemental in cost it should be donations only.
