This place also features the entire line up of Arsenal equipment for body builders as well as posing rooms, they have additional deadlift platforms with bumpers and wagon wheels on the main floor. They have several lanes to do sprints, jumps and more. Tons of cardio equipment, dumbbells and 8 stacks. They are pretty helpful whenever I need something, remember my name, and greet me when I come in/leave. Value wise I might be a little biased since I get a discount through work, but it's definitely worth it! There's a lot of gyms that in Greensboro that will charge you more for less.
