You are treated more like a number than a human being. The classes are informative but boring. The staff read off of their power point presentations, as if the were reading instructions for brain surgery. (Boring and monotone) As a participant you have to pay attention or fall asleep. In the afternoon, there is a presentation called digging deeper which talks about normal and everyday people problems. However, if you don't go and listen to the presentation, you are basically considered an outcast for NOT drinking the cool aid. (Presentations are generally boring and one sided. If you don't agree with the presenter, You are also considered an outcast. The most important thing about attending the structure house is you! Focus on the classes that you like, find a trainer and a life coach that can work with and you find success!

During the course of the program, I became pregnant and had to discontinue the injections. I notified the company of my situation, and I was informed that I would be refunded for the remaining injections I could no longer receive. On 3/25/25 I was sent a refund receipt showing that the refund had been processed. However, after 10 business days, I noticed that the funds had not been returned to my card. On 04/10/25, I called the company and spoke with a representative named Geo, who told me there was an issue with the refund and that he was seeking further assistance to resolve it. After a week with no update, I followed up via text message--no response. I waited another week and sent a second text--still no response. On 4/21/25, I then left a voicemail on the office line, and again, I received no return call. At this point, I am extremely frustrated with the lack of communication and customer service. It has been over a month since I've received any injections, yet the company is still holding onto my money with no resolution in sight.
