I wanted to share my concern about the conditions inside this Burlington. The store was extremely warm, and it appeared the air conditioning was not working properly. With the weather being over 100° outside, shopping inside was very uncomfortable. I feel for the employees who have to work in that heat for hours, and customers shouldn't have to shop in those conditions either. I hope this issue is addressed soon so everyone can have a better experience. read more

Very disappointed with my experience at this Burlington. The store was extremely hot, and it felt like there was no AC running. With the temperature outside being over 100°, it was uncomfortable for both shoppers and the employees who have to work in those conditions. I hope management takes care of this issue soon because customers and associates deserve a safe and comfortable environment. read more

I visited Burlington today and was disappointed by the shopping experience. The biggest issue was that the air conditioning either wasn't working or wasn't keeping up. It was extremely hot inside the store, to the point where it was uncomfortable to shop and I ended up leaving sooner than I planned. The checkout lines were also very long, and many customers around me were commenting about both the wait and the heat. I honestly felt bad for the associates--they were working hard and remained professional despite having to work in such an uncomfortable environment. I hope management addresses the air conditioning issue as soon as possible. Burlington has great deals, but a comfortable shopping environment and reasonable checkout experience make a big difference. read more

My shopping experience was horrible. I love shopping at Burlington but not at this store due to the air conditioning not working. My children and I were sweating and miserable and you would think since it's summer, they would put their air conditioner on! I will only be shopping at this store in the winter since it seems they only run their heater. Walmart next door has great air conditioning so my business will be there. read more

The worst customer service the manager Alice she is so rude don't know have to talk to to the customer to be manager I think you need to to be nice and try to give the best and think you are there for them I try to exchange a sleeper and I had my receipt it was a present so I removed the price not tag but on her policy it said you can't returned she can scanned the receipt or put the numbers I don't understand why someone can be so lazy and rude ! Newly opened store in the new Rialto Village Shopping Center in Rialto by the I -10 Frwy. Kinda dissapointed of how overall store appeared , no associates on the floor tidying the sales aisles and rack displays. Something I didn't expect for this weekend's grand opening. I'll have to come back another day ! Line was long and aisles were crowded by shopping carts and shopping baskets that was difficult to browse clothes with too much floor traffic too. Misplaced items were just left on the floor or in a different section!! I had to pick up a broken hanger on the floor so no carts get stuck on it! read more

The staff is very friendly and helpful . Whenever I have any questions they give me the help with no issues whatsoever ! I can find a selection of things super easy . Yes sometimes there's clothes on the racks and floor but as I've been there many times they do have a hardworking staff I value that as a customer. I've been to other locations like the Renaissance in north Rialto and their customer service sucks compared to this one so this is my go to store for Burlington . read more

11/07 and nothing has improved, horrible experience. Only one cashier for a super long line (45-60 mins waiting), hire more cashiers!! Improve shopping experience. read more

Went in like any other day, the person who's usually greeting looked like they hated life itself and didn't say hello, there were clothes scattered all over the floor & over by the home department a lot of rugs on the floor. None of the employees seem friendly, one I had asked regarding hello kitty since my niece loves it & they told me they never get ANY hello kitty stuff and to not ask anymore. WOW super rude. Will never be back, I'd rather take my hard earned money elsewhere they really don't value the customers here. read more

They need a better manager at this location. It's Sunday it's very busy and has 2 registers open that's it while 2 are talking behind the counter about hangers and on the floor they have 4 employees walking around on their phone no lie I wanted to buy 6 items and just left them like other customers and walked out I was not waiting in line for 40 min to purchase anything that's a shame they are loosing customers because of the wait at the registers you have 8 registers or more and can only open 2. This is not Disneyland it's Burlington and should be more considering to customers especially the ones that can't stand for long periods of time. read more

Very clean store. Very organized. Had four people in line and Destiny opened another register. 11:02 am. Good stock. Very professional staff. Highly recommend this store. read more

Grand opening and everything was not only chaotic but I don't see any workers on the floor. Their cash register system is weird. They should re order the register lines because when you hear that register 3 is open, and you walk up to it, the rude ass cashier goes this is register 2. Well number your lanes correctly! It's misleading. The restrooms are horrible! Not even a week and the bathrooms are full of shit and trash cans are full to the brim, and might want to bring your own toilet seat covers because they don't provide any. The store is horrible. Makes the plaza look bad. Might as well go back to Ross and DDs down the street or better yet, go to the Burlington in Ontario or riverside Plaza. read more
