However, there's never any close parking on the right side of the store. You have better luck entering on the left/grocery side of the store. If you're running in to grab something quickly this may not be the right store. Everything in this store is locked up. It feels like half the store is locked up! It's really sad because it's such an inconvenience to customers but I also don't blame them because of the theft. The service here is 50/50. Sometimes you encounter a really nice employee and other times they couldn't care less if you existed. They encounter you and don't even say hi. Don't get me wrong, I am a Walmart customer but I try to avoid the store when I can. I prefer delivery and it's free with a $35 purchase and Walmart+. Just be mindful when ordering produce because I often ask if they'd pick the items looking like that if it was for them. I doubt it!

Upon entering the store, it was very clean and tidy. The shelves were nicely stocked and they had employees out there continuing to stock. The gentleman working self checkout was very helpful and kind. He was letting everyone know if they used their email address they'd save 10%. We originally went in to buy some Peelers candy because they have the best price, 3 for $5. Some places sell I pack for $3-$5. However, you know when you go into a store like this you end up spending for. What should've been a $5-$10 trip turned into a $65 trip because they had some really good stuff in there. My only problem is they didn't have helium and they knew I was purchasing a helium balloon and forgot to tell me there was none, so they have to cancel the item. Luckily they had a mini balloon exactly the same as the one I was originally purchasing.

It seriously reminds me of a Zody's back in the day. It is a junk mart. Just mess everywhere. She finally found the items she needed which was great. All of maybe 30 minutes at max but goodness we had to stand in line another 35 - 40 minute just to check out. We were the 4th in line but the people ahead of me had some type of issues. It took 20 minutes just to ring these two women up. I finally turned around to look at the line behind me that was only one person I thought. It changed quickly to about 15. I get to the register and the cashier is frustrated you can hear people in line fussing. Only one cashier with all of these people. Per the cashier that is how (I am assuming the manager) it was scheduled. @Ross if you want business and happy customers you have to hire knowledgeable managers. Get it together, this was an unacceptable experience as always at Ross stores. No one wants to stand in line 20 mins or more just to check out.

I literally see two store managers Dulce and Ana I saw Anna walk back to the area where this lady who put me a hold that and she's just chatting away after the girl who answered the phone told her you had a customer asking for you on hold... overall the experience is terrible the store everything is thrown around on the floor. The price of the products seems reasonable most of the time. Although we heard a few complaints about their customer service, we didn't experience anything bad so far. The employees are usually friendly, courteous, cooperative and professional. The premises are always neat and clean. I would highly recommend the Walmart Neighborhood Market on West Baseline Road in Rialto.
