I had not been to Burlington in years because my experiences there were not good: everything was disorganized and sizes mixed up, non-existent customer service, crowded conditions. But I decided to give them a try today as I needed some new shirts. I'm glad I did.
They must have new management. Merchandise is organized, floors clean, not crowded at all this morning, there were several associates visible to whom I could have asked for help if I had needed it. I did not require help as I found all that I needed quickly at fantastic prices.
I found name brand shirts with a retail price of 55 to 65 dollars for an average of 15 to 20 dollars each. They had a good selection of styles from classic and conservative to crazy artsy, from full sized to thin, muscle shirts and stretchy shirts (way out of my league!) There were many name brands like Van Heusen, Perry Ellis, Tommy Hilfiger, Greg Norman, and many more. Performance shirts, golf shirts, fishing shirts, dress shirts, party shirts, etc.
I didn't look at the other departments except for a quick walk-through of the garden tools and decor section and was intrigued by what I saw.
I was able to find what I needed, purchased several items and get out within 30 minutes. There was only one person ahead of me at checkout at 9 AM.
Kudos to the current management. I'll be back. read more
