I had a muscle strain sport injury with my shoulder blade, shoulder, and tricept and after coming here for three months of weekly attendance, those areas feel rehabilitated. The therapists and assistant therapists like Amanda are very knowledgeable in knowing what stretches and exercises can help you as well massaging the right areas . They're very attentive to your needs and very personable. Don't be afraid to tell them what works for you and what doesn't as they're all there to help you. As mentioned before coming here, workout clothes are recommended since you will be doing a lot of movement and possibly working up a sweat - you are essentially going to a gym with a personal trainer who will needle or massage you at the end. When it's time for me to discharge, I'll definitely be celebrating my return to normalcy(and not paying the medical bills) yet at the same time, a little bit crestfallen as the staff here has grown on me and I will miss them a little.

By chance I saw PT Solutions on my way home. i stopped in and made my first appointment. I might also add that I was having to walk using a cane. Over the next several weeks my physical therapist, Dallas, used massage therapy, dry needling, and specific exercises to strengthen my back. After several weeks I was walking without a cane. The pain substantially subsided and I am able to do the things I enjoy, golf. Thank you Dallas and staff. I would strongly recommend this to anyone needing physical therapy.

I came back to this facility because they had an awesome dry needling therapist back in 2021 that helped me out. I transferred from sandy plains to vinings due to location and kristen was rude, condescending and "biased" from the moment I walked in. When I asked to speak to the manager she said she was the manager when I asked for the customer service number she said they didn't have one when I told her the scheduling line recommended her so why is she so mean she said she never even heard of the person I was speaking of and threatened me to leave and watch my tone and i wasn't even raising my voice. The funny thing is all the employees in the facility who "looke like me" didn't even speak up which says a lot about ethics so I am going to post it on here to warn others that if this facility is still being managed by her and you aren't a senior or ...well.. then beware. And the scheduling liason is whack because they don't actually know the PT's they just see calendars ..RESEARCH

Per the response from Susan M w/ Physio to my review, where I was told that Leadership was made aware of my situation and would like to speak to me, I later tried contacting Physio multiple times to follow up, and they claimed to know nothing about the situation each time. And, when I referenced the message I received on Yelp from Susan M, each time they said they would pass along a message to get back in touch with me. I've never heard anything back.

Of that 22 minutes, close to 10 minutes was spent discussing where I was experiencing pain and the activities that I was able to do. When she said we are done with exercises 10 minutes later, I was floored that the appointment was so short. They took me in 20 minutes late and ended 40 minutes early. Very disappointing and what a waste of money. Most importantly, THEY DO NOT SANITIZE their equipment. I was asked to lay my head on a nasty pillow that countless other people have used before me (think headlice). The mat on which I had to lay was not sanitized. Winter season, cold and flu germs, and no sanitizing. So gross.

I was unable to sleep comfortably in my bed. Combine my injury with my pride kn not wanting to ask for help, that is indicative of my pain level. I went to BenchMark with an open mind, and my core strength has improved to the point that I can get into and out of my bed with no additional pain, and it has only been a week and a half of appointments. They seem to target the exact muscle groups I need so that I put less strain on my broken ribs, and I follow the home assignments they provide. I can go the entire day without my pain medication (oxycodone), and I am less than two weeks from breaking my ribs. The part I look forward to the most is the care given by their therapists. They are extremely knowledgeable and professional. Rowana has been assigned to me, and she has a caring nature and positive energy, combined with her knowledge of incremental treatment options, and I am extremely satisfied and look forward to returning during my rehabilitation process. I hear the interactions between each therapist and patient, and they all share the same qualities. But Rowana is the best, and if there is a silver lining that has come from my accident, it is being treated by her. They all are great, though.
