However, due to the gloomy weather, we had to take a seat inside. The seasonal ingredient was mushrooms, and there was an entire list of specialty items featuring it! It's always nice to have a restaurant dedicate a few ways of preparing an ingredient, instead of just randomly throwing it into an existing dish. I ordered the zanderfilet mit kartoffelkruste. It was a delicious piece of fish seared, and topped with a shredded pancake-like potato layer. The fish was layered on a bed of mushrooms, sauteed in a nice lemon, butter, and parsley sauce. To be honest, the dish was quite good! The sauce was not too heavy, and did not overpower the dish it self. All the ingredients to the dish complimented each other nicely! 17 Euros for the dish though seems a bit steep.. but might be worth it on a sunny day! :)
