Many of them have stated that they will not let anyone else touch them, only Bill. I have one large tattoo from Aaron at Hallows Eve, and I always get complimented on it wherever I go. You can see all of the artists works on the walks and it was open and welcoming. There was AC and it just all felt very breatheable in there. You can see everyone getting their work done and it's honestly great. It was so so clean. Everything is unwrapped in front of you and sanitation is the number one priority. My artist was Jazmine Santiago. And holy sh**, I couldnt have been more lucky. First of all, my tattoo was a complete Walk-In. No appointment. But i came in for my consultation and showed her the work I wanted done. She had another appointment for another tat but she was generous enough to fit me in the best she could because it was my birthday. She was super nice and welcoming. And she was so efficient with the work. She did everything in a little under 2 hours, but that included a break. The line work is great and its exactly what I gave her. Line work is so important when picking an artist and I couldnt have been happier with it. Overall my tattoo was $200 but that included tip. Originally $160 My girlfriend is coming in a few weeks to get her work done and I will definitely be coming back.

The transfer was good, spacing looked nice, etc. But when I was laying on the table, something was off. I could feel the artist repeatedly going over a section they had already done. (I could feel the letters as they spelled it out and I knew they should have been finished.) All the words were complete. But the gun was still going. When I asked the artist what was going on, he cleared his throat and hesitated before saying "uhh, umm, yeah. It's done." When I looked in the mirror, I noticed that the word "PAIN" seemed bold compared to the rest of the wording. I thought maybe it was the initial swelling of the tattoo. But even after it healed, the lines word "PAIN" were thicker than the rest of the tattoo. It's been years, and I'm thankful it never blew out. But I'm still disappointed by it and I'm glad I can't see it on a daily basis because it's hidden under my bra. Most days I try to forget it's there because it's truly disappointing.

He was super personable, helped my son relax and made sure he was getting what he wanted. I went back 2 weeks later for a small tattoo for myself and then within months, was collaborating with Mike on a half sleeve incorporate a cover-up. I gave Mike reference photos of the 2 dragons I wanted, some high-level ideas and a deposit and he turned that into a beautiful piece. We had sessions every two weeks for 3 months and I can confidently say he is consistently friendly, chill, cares about his clients' comfort, has little ego and really wants people to love their ink. Following his advice was never a mistake, he's an artist you can trust. I'm already planning my next big piece. Beyond Mike, the shop itself is great. All of the staff is welcoming and willing to work with you to make sure you get. It's clean and has a good vibe all around.

I was concerned about the shop being open due to Covid, but we had been in touch several times since then and there was absolutely no mention of the shop closing. He asked for pix of what we wanted so that he knew what to expect. The last thing he messaged me was "see you June 13 @ 3!" We went to the shop today thinking we were still on. My daughter and I were very excited as we've waited months for this. We got there, the sign on the door said to knock loudly, so I did but...you guessed it, no one was there. I iMessaged him and got a BS canned response of being closed and the county watching them closely. No apology, no offer to reschedule, no nothing. He did not even read my messages beyond him telling me they were closed. Real stand up guy! Clearly customer service is not a priority to this place. It's a crap way to run your business. Anyone who follows them on FB knows that they have been inking people. At this point, I hope they do get busted. There are plenty of tattoo shops in Lancaster County that could use your support. Spend your money somewhere it will be appreciated.
