Average fast food establishment. Employees were average in politeness and speed. Building appeared clean and well lighted. All the tables were clean and cleared. We took carry out. The reason for our visit was because we got a late start and missed our "get out of town" usual stop of pepperoni rolls, bear claws and coffee. Sadly we even missed BK breakfast time, so we went with their chicken meals. They were OK. The French fries were not the best. The chicken sandwich had too much mayonnaise for me, but was surprisingly not messy to manage for either the passenger or driver. BTW: the main reason for choosing this fast food joint was that it was on the right side of the multi-lane highway and we were hoping for breakfast. read more

For a fast food restaurant by a highway, you don't expect a lot but this was great, fast service with clean areas. I got the chicken bacon and Swiss, it was delicious. The fries were good as well. Definitely a good place to stretch you legs on a long drive. read more

We ordered 2 burgers, fried pickles and fries. The burgers were lukewarm, the fries were lukewarm and the cheese was not melted. We ordered fried pickles, they turn out to mozzarella sticks. Stay away, evening shift seems to be lost in space. We will not go back. read more

I'm just wondering where the manager was. It surely wasn't LIAM, as they both appeared and acted lower in age. They tried their best to take the "Have it your way!" attitude and just stomp on it, just like the Burger King Foot Lettuce incident I'm sure we all remember. I don't feel like going into much detail about the experience as it's hard for me to recount without a tight sensation in my chest. I generally don't bother doing fast food reviews unless the service or food is exceptionally bad. Ding Ding! We have a winner! Ordered a fish sandwich meall with a a chocolate shake. The gave me a white shake that had a little squirt of chocolate you could see on the bottom. I asked if I could get one that tasted like chocolate. I got some BS from the person behind the counter, insisting it had chocolate in it. I asked politely again if I could have one that tasted like chocolate, not strawberry. Or what every else it was it tasted like. After a couple more goes at insisting ot was chocolate, someone else offered to make one with more chocolate. Amazingly enough, it actually tasted of chocolate. But meanwhile, I have eaten my fries, and I sit here, waiting for a replacement for my fish sandwich that was way over cooked and leathery around the edges, writing this review. I guess I will continue my review until I get my replacement sandwich, the one asked for oh about 10 minutes ago. Hopefully it will come soon, lest I have to make a 3rd trip to the counter to see what happened to it. Looks like that is the case... there is plenty of other fast food to choose from around here, choose wisely. read more

Our car broke down on I-79 today...we sat in the sweltering August heat without AC or water for six hours! The tow truck guy finally came, and after two trips to gather up our family, he was kind enough to drop us at a hotel...right next to a Burger King!!! It was like a lighted beacon to a starving family. We checked the time, and had 30 minutes until they closed. What amazing luck! We were nearly in tears! We went up to the door and there was a worker standing outside - he told us that the dining room was closed, but the drive through was open, and he would ask a manager if it was okay to use that. We walked to the drive through, and they quickly closed the window. We could see them, and hear them talking, but they wouldn't turn around. We are dehydrated, exhausted, and it's even my wife's birthday! Yet no - Burger King wouldn't serve us! Remarkable! My family and I stood there, waited...hoping, and nothing. They took orders from four more cars, and there we stood...no service. Wow, Burger King...just wow! read more

The Chic-king was dethroned today at this Burger King location. My fiancé and I wanted to try the spicy chic-king and we were highly disappointed. My sandwich didn't have any pickles on it, was a sloppy mess of grease, Mayo and wilted lettuce. We also ordered onion rings and fries. We received two orders of fries and after we had them correct it, the fries were undercooked and the onion rings tasted stale. It also took about 15 minutes to get out order, with only one other couple in the restaurant. Will not eat here again. read more

Burgers are typically warm here but the patties are dried out. The guy working this evening was rude when I came to collect the burger he left out of my bag.. But I'm giving 3 stars because the fries were good- right amount of crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. read more

This Burger King is great. I go there mainly to get my toddler chicken fries and Capri sun when we're on the go. The drive thru is always fast and efficient and the manager is friendly. Their fries and mocha frappes are better than McDonald's in my opinion. read more
