I liked the sauces on the burger and the seasoning of the meat. The onion rings and chili cheese fries were also good. The decorations and ambiance were nice and the other people in my group liked the cocktail selections they had. Overall, I thought this place was really nice and the prices were reasonable (8€ for a burger is totally reasonable...as five guys charges the same for a burger in the US and is fast food). Three years ago I lived here for 2 years and ordered ribs every time I visited (1 a month maybe). The ribs used to fall off of bones and the hand cut homes fries were to die for. Now, I sadly say it's the opposite. The ribs tasted as though they were cooked 3 days prior. They didn't have home fries (potatoes at all), nor did they have steak. We called to make a reservation, drove 1 hour only to find that our reservation was never annotated. Lucky us, no one else called for that time. All in all, this place has let the mainstream business make over companies ruin it's originality. Paul's used to be a "mom and pop shop", now they might as well franchise.

My problem was not the spice level, but the size of the serving of sauce, it was a 7 dollar cheese fries, and the dip was so small it did not even cover half of the fries, not even just dipping the fries, as fries with mayo and catchup and half the price and I would get 2 dips, given they were the same size of the cheese it would be still larger than the cheese serving. The worse part is that they charge for condiments so once I realised how small the cheese dip was, I would have to pay to get any other dip...... it was just a rip off Also they charge for water but that is a common practice in the state it seems. Overall the burgers are amazing and I would eat them again, but the fries are not a great idea just because of the condiment situation, in my opinion.

The flavors of my Don Quijote were amazing! We ordered our burgers medium. They seem to more be medium rare but the meat was excellent so it didn't matter to us. Also ordered fries (Parmesan and smoky) which were good but didn't get finished because the burgers were huge. For drinks we had a raspberry lemonade and a lemon ginger ice tea. Both also refreshing and very good. Glad we stopped in also I probably won't eat until lunchtime the next day :P
