The food is very well prepared. I had a ham croissant and a bacon biscuit. Both made superbly. The dining room is clean and everyone is extremely friendly. Over all this is a very good Burger King, which is conveniently located between I-95 and the VA Hospital. read more

The staff was stretched thin, the drive through microphone and speaker were out, so I was forced to go inside to order. That did not bother me, the staff was friendly and funny. Sometimes you just need that bad for you fast food and I e always like BK better than the other one. The classic chicken sandwich with cheese or the whopper with cheese is always the classic taste that takes me back to when drive through were novel. It was a treat to get the classic flavors with a side of fries. What can I say? Sometimes fast food is necessary to cap off a day! And this BK took care of me, thanks! read more

I don't understand why this location is still open ? I have sat at order station for so long I would just leave. Today I thought I would give it another chance. BIG MISTAKE ! I ordered Egg Croissant meal with Diet Coke. The coke was Dr Pepper or something ? The sandwich was microwaved beyond recognition . I tried but threw it all away, So sad I loved Burger King but in Riviera Beach Fl it just doesn't work The other location closed a year ago and it was worse !! Its just management pure and simple. My staff ordered lunch from the Riviera Beach location today. A young lady by the name of Jacobinisha, was very rude, poor customer service, impatient, very snappy, Also turned her back in the drive thru as if none of my questions mattered. I felt very unwelcomed as if I wasn't spending my money. She was very arrogant, rage baiting attitude, and to make matters worst I was missing food once I arrived back to work. Which I had to return back and I still unfortunately ran into the same dismissive attitude. If I could give this experience a 0% I would! It's very immature and classless for a woman to act in that manner. She is basically getting paid to serve food with distasteful, unprovoked attitudes. Literal hellhole. Have gone on multiple different occasions. I'm told in the drive thru wait a couple seconds, just to be left out for 5-10 minutes without anyone else even in line!!! Multiple times!!! Unbelievable. Shut this place down, or hire completely new staff already. read more

Seems to be under new management and has vastly improved as of late! They have really classed the place up. The food has been fresh and hot lately. Sometimes they let the fries slip a little bit but I've had actual hot food from them on at least 50% of my visits and I go very often. I wanted to give the manager who's a very nice guy. I went though the drive through and they served me wet chicken nuggets. The drinks were flat. Also dirt all over the walls on the outside.

I know this place isn't the best at all, I work down the street though and it's convenient. This morning I went at 7 o'clock for some French toast sticks because I didn't have time to make breakfast. The drive thru opens at 6 o'clock, an entire hour before I got there. After sitting at the box for 5 minutes repeating "hello" and getting nothing, I drove up to the window and sat there for another minute before who I assume is the manager since she's always there, just shakes her head no. She doesn't open the window or say anything. Just shakes her head and WAVES ME OFF. I was baffled but just drove off because the last thing I want is food from someone who would probably spit in it. Worst Service I have ever experienced, they are unorganized inside and the drive through wait is ridiculous.

I love Burger King. When I was 16, (44 years ago), I worked at a Burger King in California. I give this particular Burger King on Blue Heron many benefits of the doubt. I have tried driving through for breakfast, as it is easier to get on the 95 instead of going to McDonald's and making the u-turn. But, the u-turn is worth it. Breakfast at this BK is terrible. I get a biscuit egg and cheese sandwich and it has been microwaved so long that I cannot even take a bite until I am near the airport because it is so hot. The potatoes are great, unless they are lukewarm or cold, then they taste like feet. They usually taste like feet, because I would rarely get even warm ones. Yesterday, May 3rd, I drove through at around 5pm, double cheeseburger, small fries. Again, microwaved so long it was too hot, then french fries that had to have been from the day before, so cold and nasty. Ate one, threw the rest out. What a waste, as I said, I keep trying to give it a chance, but after yesterday, I am done. I make the turn, go to McDonald's for my breakfast, make the u-turn and get on the 95 to head south to work. The McDonald's line is long, and NO ONE is at the easier entry Burger King, because, I'm guessing, most people have had the same experience that I have. Too bad. read more
