I ordered a big order tonight and when got it home i realized they forgot my 16 piece nugget i paid for i went to pick them up. They argued saying we put them in the bag. We emptied them all and no nuggets at home. They kept saying we gave them to you and ignored me. Finally my sister in law came in and yelled and when she threatened to call corporate they put them in a bag and threw the bag at her. The worst BK location. They had a line of 2 people when I arrived and no one working the front counter. After 10 minutes I was STILL third in line and the manager decided even though the line had grown to 6 people waiting it was the end of his shift and he left. Ive never been to a fast food place more than ten times and my fried were hot. Every time i come here my fries are always hot and fresh. The employees are always friendly too me, and they're open until midnight on weekdays. Very convenient and do good business. read more

Ordered a delivery through the app and a Spicy Ch'King sandwich was missing. I thought I'd just bear with it, but decided it might be worth it to take the survey to leave a note about being dissatisfied. I said I could be contacted. I didn't expect anything to really happen. However, I got a call from Larry, the GM, later and heard that they realized the sandwich wasn't in the bag as the driver was driving away. He apologized and said the next time I ordered, I could give him a call or message to get that added to the order as compensation. BK customer service also responded with a full order refund even though I only asked to be refunded for the cost of the sandwich. Of course, it still isn't great that I wasn't able to have something I was craving at the time, but this at least makes it more likely that I'll keep coming in the future. read more

I'm pissed! I had a really long day and just wanted to get some food. I drove 20 minutes away to the only Burger King that's open til 11 in my area. So that's 40 minutes round trip added to my already hectic day. Gas isn't cheap these days y'all. Can anyone tell me why when I showed up at 10:22, the person on the speaker said they're closed?? It all first started off with the manager walking into the building the same time as we were. He let the door shut in my friends face as he was carrying his infant. Then, our children's drinks were MIA. As we went to fill out fountain drinks, there weren't any small lids, so I asked for some small lids. The manager huffed and puffed as he came out searching for small lids. I didn't give an attitude, so I don't understand why I was given one. Next, the women's bathroom was dirty. My friend went to change their baby's diaper and it was so dirty she didn't even want to change the diaper in there. We mentioned the bathroom needed attention and they started taking care of it. The manager had a bag and was carrying it through the restaurant with the stuff he took out of the toilet. So gross! read more

Worst Burger King in the area. The entire staff is rude they are constantly messing up orders and serving cold food. They remodeled the building but hired the worst people to work there. I ordered 2 happy meals and an whopper meal and live less than 5 minutes away. The food was ice cold and the cheese wasn't even melted. When I called to make them aware and told them I wasn't coming back they told me to either heat the food up and eat it or hold on to all the food til tomorrow and bring it back and they will refund it. I will not be holding on to the food and returning it but we also cannot eat it. So I just wasted $20. My fault for working a 12 hr shift and picking up a quick meal. I'm not sure exactly what's going on with the reviews for this location, because i have not had a single bad experience here, aside from having to deal with an off-the-clock employee who was clearly mentally handicapped going on about how he was glad Obama is on the way out because he is a Muslim, to which I asked why he thought he was so, and he replied that he saw a picture of Obama in a "Muslim Uniform" - yes, he actually said that. That didn't reflect badly on the store as a whole, though. Just him. I am a somewhat regular customer here, and the food is always served fast, hot, and correct. The employees work their asses off, and if they aren't doing so, the manager fixes it with a quickness. The store has recently been remodeled, landscaped and upgraded with awesome outlets/usb charging ports at many of the tables.The wifi is free and is good and fast. The playground is the stuff my dreams as a kid were made of. The landscaping is beautiful and it really looks high-end on the inside and out. read more

Awful. Went through the drive through with my buddies. We order Three Whopper Combos and Six cheeseburgers. We substituted the fries for onion rings naturally. We got back to my buddies basement as to our dismay we only got two out of three onion rings and ONLY THREE CHEESEBURGERS!!! WE ORDERED SIX, they forgot half our burgers! This is the worst-run Burger King I've ever visited, and that should say quite a lot. I live in the area and I get an infrequent craving for an original chicken sandwich, so convenience wins out over my distaste for this location. So we're talking something like 6-7 trips through the drive through in any given year. They have not ever - and I do literally mean not once - managed to complete an order without screwing something up. Either you'll sit at the speaker for 5 minutes until whoever's supposed to be on the other end decides to care, or you'll sit in line as each car ahead of you takes 5 minutes to get their order, or some employee will come out the side door of the building to ask "what was it you ordered, again?", or you'll simply get incorrect/sloppily prepared food. Every time I ask myself "will this be the time someone has decided to run this place like they want to make money?", and every time the answer is the same: A resounding no. read more

This location is okay. Just okay. The rolls have a 50% chance of being stale. The burgers are either super smokey or not at all. Like many fast food locations, the workers tend to squish the sandwich so it never remotely looks like the picture. Tomatoes are pretty bad, but so are most in Pennsylvania. Service is good. Nothing exceptional. I hesitate to rate them 3 stars due to not being able to eat inside... Ever. The place just smells like curry all the time. I am NOT big on frequenting establishments that are run by Indians. The staff(Indian; the others are always nice) are as nice as can be without being outwardly rude. The staff runs the vacuum and cleans tables next to you while you are eating. I do NOT like dining when employees are cleaning around me. Do your cleaning when your dining room is EMPTY!! This BK is open now! My husband and I went in for breakfast and the supervisor/manager was yelling at the employees making the cashier turn red and start messing up. She made the customers feel uncomfortable cause we were all talking in line! She was very loud yelling at the cashier and it was very inappropriate in front of the customers I felt so bad for the staff!
